If you’re looking for a complex and interesting whiskey, this is a roller coaster! Adding a drop of water opens this up to a wild ride that drinks more like that hazmat proof. But neat or on the rocks this is gorgeous. Worth the price tag!

It’s a great pick again by the WCWC. I actually bought this for my wife (wink). She loves maple finish whiskeys. Crème Brûlée perfectly describes the richness from this pour. I love proof as well since the wife likes her whiskey with ice; it holds up well.

Rye spice that moves into dark fruit notes on the mid-pallet, followed by and oak and pepper finish. Deeper flavors and oak coming from that added age. She's a smooth sipper that you can enjoy all night!
Purchase was simple and easy. Delivery was timely. Looking for an occasion to crack it open. Maybe a Friday would be a great occasion!
