Great pick, it really takes a good standard offering and gives it extra character and viscosity being barrel proof. If you already like Valencia, you’ll love this single barrel.

The barrel pick was definitely better. Not good with tasting notes. But I enjoyed much more than the other. I’m Glad I grabbed it

Sweat oak on the front of the pallet, baking spice and some black pepper on the mid, followed by long cocoa finish....banger!
Smooth, soft, and approachable. Cherry and cola undertones with enough proof to carry the light caramel finish. That's good!
