I thought the 120 proof was good, this is steps above in so many ways. Great barrel pick.
This has the classic notes of Knob Creek but cranked up a notch with pronounced sweet peanut brittle, oak, a mild cinnamon that drinks near-proof. I’m going to need a back up of this one.

I’m going to try to get another order because I need a back up. It is very good.
It’s a great pick again by the WCWC. I actually bought this for my wife (wink). She loves maple finish whiskeys. Crème Brûlée perfectly describes the richness from this pour. I love proof as well since the wife likes her whiskey with ice; it holds up well.

Rye spice that moves into dark fruit notes on the mid-pallet, followed by and oak and pepper finish. Deeper flavors and oak coming from that added age. She's a smooth sipper that you can enjoy all night!
Purchase was simple and easy. Delivery was timely. Looking for an occasion to crack it open. Maybe a Friday would be a great occasion!
